About the event

The program consists of meditation, breathing, relaxation, energization and self-analysis techniques and covers all six meditation categories researched by Harvard Medical school:

· Concentration meditation;

· Heart-centred meditation;

· Transcendental meditation;

· Walking meditation;

· Mindfulness meditation and

· Tai chi

The Wellbeing for Business course comprises of four modules that are taught over 5 hours in one or several sessions. Your company decides whether to focus on all four or just some of them.
