In this 5-hour online course with breaks you will learn a variety of techniques in meditation, breathing, relaxation, energization, mudra (hand yoga) and self-analysis. Different meditation approaches will be used to give you the benefit of six meditation systems to manage your wellbeing straightway.

The course will be taught using guided practice and include everyday useful tips, 1-minute hacks and the science of wellbeing. You will leave the course with a toolkit of techniques that you can start using in a wide variety of work and home situations.
