  • HOW MUCH TIME A DAY DO I NEED TO PRACTICE TO RECEIVE SOME BENEFIT?
You can start from 5-minutes a day. Some of the techniques can be practised in as little as 1-minute and our experience is that you will get instant results. The techniques are designed to be short, but work fast so that you can easily integrate them at home and work. Basically, whenever you have a spare minute. Of course, by adding more time to your practice, you will get even better and faster results.
  • CAN YOUR METHOD HELP ME TO OVERCOME MY FEARS?
Yes, we have helped many people overcome a wide range of fears. There are many kinds of fears and anxieties, but the main ones that we work on are the fear of commitment and to move forwards, uncertainty, failure, judgement, change and habits that limit us. We focus on replacing fear with positivity, confidence, joy, gratitude, greater self-acceptance and self-love.
  • CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THE COURSE IF I NEVER MEDITATED BEFORE?
Absolutely you can! You will benefit from our course whether you are an experienced meditator or totally new to meditation. We also use guided practice to make it easier for you to learn and make faster progress.
  • I HAVE TRIED MEDITATION BEFORE BUT FOUND IT DIFFICULT
There are many different techniques for meditating. As we all have different personality types and learning approaches, we also teach a variety of different approaches. They have been researched by Harvard Medical School to help you figure out what works best for you. We also teach breathing and relaxation techniques which are complementary and make it much easier for you to meditate. It’s important that you can quickly go into a calm, peaceful and focussed state e.g., before an important meeting, making a presentation, coping in a high-pressure environment and being able to deal with stress and anxiety.
  • I HAVE INSOMNIA AND FEEL TIRED DURING THE DAY. ARE YOUR METHODS EFFECTIVE FOR MY PROBLEM?
We teach a variety of meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques to help with insomnia, being able to fall asleep faster and being able to wake up more rested and recharged despite fewer hours of sleep. Our feedback shows that the majority of our students experience an improvement in sleep straight away, even those that had insomnia for many years. There are also added benefits, because when sleep improves so too does our immunity, productivity, concentration, memory and other cognitive abilities. Sleep related problems are more common than you might think, affecting around 50% of the population. We also teach rapid energization techniques to help you top-up your energy levels during the day and give you that focus and clarity of mind whenever you need it.
  • DURING THE PRACTICE SHOULD I BE ALONE OR I CAN I DO IT AT MY WORK PLACE?
The majority of the techniques can be practised from behind your desk in your work place. You can benefit from them in any work situation, some even when it is noisy. Think of them as rapid use instruments to shif the quality of your day and how you are feeling. However, many of our students also practice in the morning before work in a quite space free of distractions. By choosing to practice in the morning, you receive the benefit throughout the whole day.
